Privacy Policy
Who we are
This website is operated by Fenix Video Holdings BV, registered in Belgium (enterprise number 1025.528.936) at Bosdreef 85, 9255 Buggenhout, Belgium ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website and why.
What we collect
When you submit a footage request or licensing inquiry, we collect the name, company, email address and project details you provide. Our hosting and infrastructure providers also process standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) needed to serve the website. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Why we collect it, and our legal basis
Inquiry details are used solely to respond to your request and provide a licensing quote, which is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Technical data needed to run the website is processed under our legitimate interest in operating it securely. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this website and respond to inquiries: Supabase (database hosting), Cloudflare (website hosting and content delivery), Resend (email delivery) and Google Workspace (business email). These providers act as processors on our behalf and only access data as needed to provide their service. Some are based outside the EU/EEA; where that is the case, we rely on their standard contractual safeguards for the transfer.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to respond to your request and, where a license results, for the duration of that license plus a reasonable period for our business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner, subject to any legal or contractual reasons we may need to retain it.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict our use of your data, to object to our processing, and to request a portable copy of it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact licensing@pvideography.com for any such request.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
